The project involves the comprehensive redevelopment of existing facilities in the Albayalde area of Estepona, which will be transformed into a 7,500-square-metre corporate building, arranged across three floors of 2,500 square metres each. The project was unveiled during a large-scale corporate event attended by around 400 guests, including architects, decorators, interior designers, lawyers, municipal representatives from the Costa del Sol and Campo de Gibraltar, as well as clients and partners. The gathering brought together a significant part of the professional ecosystem linked to Jamena Construcciones and also served as an opportunity to thank all collaborating companies for their continued support.

The CEO of Jamena Construcciones took the opportunity during his speech to publicly thank his family for their support and commitment, highlighting in particular the role of his parents, Salvador and Ana, as well as his sisters, Ana Silvia Mena and Sandra Mena, who have been key figures in the company’s history and evolution. “I would like to personally thank my father for the opportunity he has given us through decades of hard work, of course my sisters, who play a very important role within the company, and my mother, who is our pillar and the soul of the family,” José Andrés Mena said in an emotional address.

Looking ahead to 2026, we expect not only a significant increase in the number of projects and professionals within the company, but also a further strengthening of our financial and operational position, with major challenges on the horizon,” José Andrés Mena stated.
