The new facilities will feature an immersive virtual reality zone, an amphitheatre and even their own helipad.

The pioneering ultra-luxury villa construction firm is planning a 7,500 m² headquarters in Estepona, set to mark a turning point for the sector.

Jamena Construcciones, a leading and pioneering firm in the construction of ultra-luxury villas on the Costa del Sol, has unveiled the project for its new corporate headquarters — an ambitious business complex that represents a major milestone in the company’s trajectory and one without precedent to date on the Costa del Sol.

The project involves the comprehensive redevelopment of existing facilities in the Albayalde area of Estepona, which will be transformed into a 7,500-square-metre corporate building, arranged across three floors of 2,500 square metres each. This strategic and pioneering development further strengthens Jamena’s leadership and consolidates its position as a benchmark construction company in the high-end residential segment.

A landmark event marking the beginning of a new chapter

The project was unveiled during a large-scale corporate event attended by around 400 guests, including architects, decorators, interior designers, lawyers, municipal representatives from the Costa del Sol and Campo de Gibraltar, as well as clients and partners. The gathering brought together a significant part of the professional ecosystem linked to Jamena Construcciones and also served as an opportunity to thank all collaborating companies for their continued support.

“Thanks to all of you, Jamena has become a benchmark for excellence. Today, we want to recognise and thank you for standing by us over so many years, and we hope you will continue to do so as we embark on this new phase of growth and expansion,” Mena said.

The event featured a carefully curated programme, including musical performances, various live shows and even a traditional zambomba flamenca. It also served as an occasion to extend Christmas greetings and to symbolically mark the start of a new phase of consolidation and growth for the company.

The CEO of Jamena Construcciones took the opportunity during his speech to publicly thank his family for their support and commitment, highlighting in particular the role of his parents, Salvador and Ana, as well as his sisters, Ana Silvia Mena and Sandra Mena, who have been key figures in the company’s history and evolution. “I would like to personally thank my father for the opportunity he has given us through decades of hard work, of course my sisters, who play a very important role within the company, and my mother, who is our pillar and the soul of the family,” José Andrés Mena said in an emotional address.

Regarding the new headquarters, the CEO explained that the project represents a decisive step in the company’s evolution. “It is not just about growing in size, but about growing with purpose, investing in spaces that care for people, nurture talent and live up to the level of excellence demanded by our projects and our clients,” José Andrés Mena added.

A growing company with a solid operational foundation

Jamena Construcciones currently operates from its main office headquarters in Cancelada (Estepona), as well as a dedicated showroom building also located in the same area, from where it manages its day-to-day operations and relationships with clients and partners. The new corporate complex will complement and strengthen this structure, providing the company with facilities aligned with its current scale and future growth ambitions.

With a track record dating back to 1977, when founder Salvador Mena first entered the construction sector, and its formal incorporation as a company in 1998, Jamena has established itself as a benchmark construction firm in some of Spain’s most exclusive residential developments, including La Zagaleta, Sotogrande, La Moraleja and La Finca in Madrid.

The company works for a highly demanding clientele, including senior executives, elite athletes and renowned professionals, who seek innovation, technical rigour and an exceptionally high level of service.

Economic leadership and growth outlook

From a financial perspective, Jamena Construcciones closed the last financial year with turnover exceeding €40 million — a figure expected to be significantly surpassed by the end of 2025, with further growth anticipated in 2026, a year that is shaping up to be pivotal in the company’s trajectory.

Commenting on the company’s evolution, Mena explained that 2025 is proving to be a year of sustained growth, during which Jamena will substantially exceed the previous year’s figures in terms of turnover, projects and employment. “We closed the last financial year with revenue exceeding €40 million, and all indications suggest that this year will be even stronger. Looking ahead to 2026, we expect not only a significant increase in the number of projects and professionals within the company, but also a further strengthening of our financial and operational position, with major challenges on the horizon,” José Andrés Mena stated.

A project that reinforces Jamena’s leadership

The presentation of this new corporate complex represents a strategic move that strengthens Jamena’s position as a pioneering and benchmark company in the construction of high-end and ultra-luxury villas, marking a turning point in its consolidation and growth on the Costa del Sol and at national level.

Among the most notable projects currently underway at Jamena Construcciones is the comprehensive renovation of the Ascari Circuit in Ronda, regarded as one of Europe’s most exclusive and technically demanding private circuits. This highly complex project further highlights the company’s ability to deliver developments of exceptional technical complexity beyond the residential sector, reinforcing its reputation for excellence in execution, control and construction quality at the highest level.
