Extraordinary collaborators: Anel Tapas Madrid restaurant and Morris Winery wines.
Anel Tapas, Salamanca district in Madrid.
The Anel Tapas Madrid restaurant catered the guests’ dinner. This restaurant boasts a strategic location in the Salamanca district at Calle Villalar 1, very close to the Puerta de Alcalá. This gastronomic space opened its doors in May 2013 and recently renovated its facilities and decor just six months ago, adding new dishes to the menu such as churrasco (grilled meat) and huevos rotos (broken eggs) with Iberian ham. Anel Tapas restaurant boasts a cuisine that recreates the essence of Andalusia through its gastronomy. It pays homage to southern traditions, classic tapas, and fine wines, offering high-quality home cooking.
To this day, it remains a landmark in Madrid, serving traditional cuisine where you can sample time-honored recipes with specialties in bluefin tuna and a variety of tapas—a place where the south comes alive. At Taberna Anel, we celebrate the essence of Andalusia: its flavorful cuisine, its contagious joy, and the artistry that transforms every meal into a celebration. It’s a space where the Andalusian accent is felt in every detail, from the dishes to the ambiance.
