The Women Who Inspire Summit: Andalucía Connect took place at La Zambra Resort on November 18th, 19th and 20th, on the occasion of Women’s Entrepreneurship Day and with the aim of promoting female leadership.

Following its first pop-up event in Madrid last March, the club—founded in 2022 by an international, all-female team led by its president, Natalie Batlle—now lands in Andalusia to bring together leading figures from the business, cultural and creative spheres across the province of Málaga.

La Zambra Resort, located in Mijas–Costa del Sol, hosted the Women Who Inspire Summit: Andalucía Connect on November 18th, 19th and 20th. The event is promoted by Juno House, a women’s club with over 600 members and currently one of the country’s most notable catalysts for female talent. The summit brought together one hundred of the most influential and inspiring women in Málaga and the Costa del Sol. Its main goal is to elevate female leadership in celebration of International Women’s Entrepreneurship Day and is supported by the Andalusian Regional Government’s Ministry of Tourism and Andalucía Exterior.

After the success of its first pop-up in Madrid, Juno House travels from Barcelona to Andalusia to foster authentic dialogue and meaningful collaboration among women leaders in southern Spain.

As explained by Natalie Batlle, founder and president of Juno House, Andalucía Connect is a continuation of the Summit Series: Women Who Inspire, created to bring the values of Juno House to other national and international destinations. It is part of an ongoing collaboration between Juno House and World of Hyatt designed to offer “inspiring content, thoughtfully curated experiences, and empowering connections.”

“An entrepreneurial mindset is contagious, and the world needs more women leading. We are delighted to bring the spirit of Juno House to Andalusia. After the incredible reception in Madrid, this new summit will continue our mission to connect women from diverse disciplines—from the arts and creative industries to finance and real estate, as well as health and wellness—creating spaces where collaboration and inspiration naturally thrive. Women Who Inspire Summit: Andalucía Connect will be an infusion of inspiration, opportunity and genuine alliances,” said Natalie Batlle. She also noted that the Women Who Inspire series brings together influential women from across Spain with the ambition of launching summits in other cities throughout 2026.

La Zambra Resort, the host venue, echoes this vision. “We believe in the power of connections that inspire and in the importance of creating experiences that uplift female talent,” said Noelia Neyro, Head of Marketing at La Zambra Resort. “It is an honour for us to host an event that celebrates authenticity, creativity and collaboration among women—values that lie at the heart of the resort.”
