Alquimia Proces: The Place After Success

There is an extraordinarily rare moment in life.

It is not the moment in which we achieve success, but the moment in which we discover that success, recognition or wealth no longer answer the questions that begin to emerge.

We all build a life, although not all of us do so in the same way. Some create companies; others inherit a legacy they feel responsible for preserving. Some grow up surrounded by opportunities; others spend years pursuing them. Circumstances change, stories change, and the way the world looks at us changes.

What rarely changes is that silent moment when questions arise that no achievement can fully answer.

If I have everything, why do I feel that something is missing?

Who am I when I stop occupying the role I have built over so many years?

Which part of my life did I truly choose, and which part did I simply live because it was expected of me?

For more than twenty-five years, I have accompanied hundreds of people through some of the most intimate moments of their lives. People who were extraordinarily different and, at the same time, surprisingly similar once the door closed and they stopped speaking from the persona the world knew.

The conversation was almost never about money.

They spoke about their children. About relationships that had gradually drifted away while everything else continued to grow. About the difficulty of trusting. About the fear of no longer knowing who they were when no one expected anything from them. About the loneliness that can be felt even when one is always surrounded by people. About the emptiness that appears when life becomes a succession of responsibilities, leaving scarcely any space in which to listen to oneself.

Over time, I came to understand that the true cost of success rarely appears on a balance sheet.

It appears when we stop allowing ourselves a place in which we can be authentic. When we forget that we too need to be held. When we live solving problems, leading decisions and caring for others, while ceasing to care for the relationship we have with ourselves.

It is a slow, almost imperceptible loss. It does not happen overnight. Quite simply, enjoyment begins to lose its intensity. Everything works, yet the deep connection with life begins to fade.

It was then that a question was born, one that would ultimately transform me as well.

What does a person truly need in order to reconnect with themselves from a place of truth?

The answer was never a technique.

Nor a methodology.

It was a place.

A process.

An encounter with truth.

A space where the surroundings begin to care for the person even before any conversation starts. Where silence is not absence, but presence. Where the aim is not to disconnect from the world, but to reconnect with oneself through authenticity.

That is how Alquimia Proces was born.

Not as a business strategy, but as the answer to a profoundly human need that I kept discovering, time and again, in the intimacy of each conversation.

Not as a business strategy, but as the answer to a profoundly human need that I kept discovering, time and again, in the intimacy of each conversation.

It is a space conceived for a very limited number of people, where time recovers a different rhythm and every element forms part of the experience: the setting, the light, the intimacy, the gastronomy, the sequence of the process and the accompaniment.

Because I understood that profound transformation does not occur solely through what is said. It also occurs through the place that holds us as we begin to look at ourselves differently.

Ancient alchemy was never merely about transforming lead into gold. Its deepest meaning spoke of transforming the state of matter in order to reveal a nature that had always been there.

Perhaps, as human beings, we undertake precisely the same journey.

We do not need to become someone different.

We need to recover the order from which our life begins to make sense again. To inhabit it once more from a more conscious, more whole and more truthful place.

That is Alquimia Proces.

A private space for those who feel that the time has come to stop conquering the world for a few days and begin inhabiting themselves with the same dedication with which they have built everything else.

Because, after so many years of listening to other people’s lives, there is one thing of which I am deeply convinced.

There are experiences that leave memories.

And there are others that quietly change the place from which you will live the rest of your life.
