The beach club at Gran Marbella Resort enhances its summer offerings with the arrival of chef João Silva and new gastronomic experiences such as “Seafood Night”
With a menu that combines Mediterranean cuisine, signature cocktails, live music, and an atmosphere inspired by the French Riviera, Amù Beach Club, the most iconic space at Gran Marbella Resort & Beach Club, is gearing up for the season with new features that solidify its position as one of the must-visit summer destinations on the Costa del Sol. The first of these is the addition of João Silva as the resort’s new Executive Chef. After working in some of Europe’s most prestigious kitchens, the chef leads a renewed gastronomic vision based on local produce, seasonality, and a contemporary interpretation of Mediterranean cuisine.
Adding to this culinary offering is “Seafood Night,” a new gastronomic experience that, starting July 25th, will transform every Friday night into a celebration of the Mediterranean. The event will replace the usual dinner service with a full buffet featuring seafood stations, including oysters, clams, white shrimp, prawns, and tuna tartare, as well as other specialties and live cooking demonstrations of various rice dishes.
These new additions are part of an experience that goes far beyond gastronomy. With privileged views of the Mediterranean, a carefully curated mixology menu, and a musical program to accompany the evening, Amù Beach Club is positioning itself as one of Marbella’s top summer hotspots, perfect for enjoying the beachfront.
