Today, T10 is the most renowned architectural firm in the city of Marbella. It stands out for its ability to create spaces that blend architecture, landscaping, art, and design. T10 operates under the creative direction of Francisco Santisteban and the technical leadership of José Luis Pérez Halcón. Hotel Lima MARBELLA

Among its most acclaimed works, the design of the five-star Only YOU Hotel in Seville stands out an icon of urban hospitality where contemporary Andalusian design blends with a sophisticated and vibrant atmosphere. The project has been awarded the national Re-Think Prize, recognizing its aesthetic and sustainable contribution to the urban environment. In a similar vein, Hotel Lima in Marbella offersa refreshed perspective on quality tourism in southern Spain, combining tradition, elegance, and a sense of freshness with architecture designed for emotional comfort.
The design lines carry a distinct visual language reminiscent of the musical group Daft Punk. In the residential sphere, T10 Arquitectos collaborates with major developers such as Grupo ABU on two high-end projects on the Costa del Sol: Earth and Salvia. These developments redefine contemporary living through design inspired by nature, light, and the surrounding landscape. These homes are conceived as sensory sanctuaries, meticulously crafted to integrate beauty, functionality, and exclusivity.
