Mercato della Fontanella, the European project from the American group V&E Hospitality Group, opens the season with a carefully curated offering that champions the most authentic Italian cuisine, reinterpreted with a contemporary approach and accompanied with a selective menu of signature cocktails. Located in the central neighbourhood of La Fontanilla, in Marbella, the space reinforces its vocation as a gastronomic benchmark with new initiatives that combine products, culture and experience.

With a concept that unites a restaurant and cocktail bar, Mercato della Fontanella pays homage to Italian tradition with international soul. Its menu features dishes such as pinsas, stuffed courgette flowers, truffle risotto, pasta carbonara and spinach and ricotta ravioli. A proposal designed for the most demanding palates and created with ingredients originating from Italy selected by Negrini, the historic firm that supplies the restaurant and collaborates in its workshops, led by their executive chef Enrica Barni.

The experience is completed with a carefully selected Italian cocktail bar, where the reinvented classics stand out like the Bellini, the Negroni Sbagliato, the Espresso Martini and the Limoncello Spritz. The restaurant’s bar becomes an ideal meeting point for both an aperitif and enjoying the Marbella night.

As part of its new features, the restaurant is open during summer hours from 6pm to midnight and every Friday offers live music to create an elegant and relaxed atmosphere that invites you to extend the evening. In addition, the space will be available for private events and celebrations.
