Leaves Restaurant: gastronomy, music and experiences in the heart of Madrid

Leaves Restaurant is strategically located in the Salamanca neighbourhood, very close to the Las Ventas bullring and Calle Goya. The philosophy of this space is to offer something new, a place where signature cuisine, live music and entertainment come together to create a unique experience. In a short time, it has become the perfect meeting place to enjoy a relaxed lunch during the day or dinner in the evening, which shines with its own light, with live concerts. In addition, sports lovers have their place assured thanks to a giant screen, where the most important sporting events are broadcast.

With a space of 900 m2 and capacity for up to 350 people, Leaves Restaurant offers different atmospheres designed to suit any occasion. The restaurant is located in an elegant and sophisticated area, with privileged views of the stage and a giant screen for sporting and musical events. The Backstage is an intimate space next to the stage, ideal for experiencing live music from the front row. Leaves Club is the most roguish corner of the venue, where cocktails and the best atmosphere come together and transform into a dance floor on Friday and Saturday nights. The private rooms (Arce and Roble): versatile spaces equipped with technology and screens, perfect for meetings, presentations or private celebrations.

Fusion cuisine with its own identity, created by Alberto Jiménez Pino, the creative soul of the restaurant and executive chef of this gastronomic project.

This is a gastronomic proposal that focuses on fusion cuisine, combining quality and creativity. Alberto has more than 20 years of experience in the world of gastronomy. Trained at the Escuela Superior de Hostelería y Turismo de Madrid, he has led top-level gastronomic projects and currently runs the kitchen at Leaves Restaurant.

Specialising in fusion cuisine, his style stands out for its harmony between Japanese, Mediterranean and Peruvian gastronomy, as well as his interest in bringing the world of exotic meats to the public from a creative and accessible perspective. Throughout his career, he has worked in renowned establishments such as Sushita Madrid, Els Ministre (Formentera), Room Quatro (Campo de las Naciones) and La Chelo, next to the Retiro Park, a project by the late Iñaki Oyarbide.

His cuisine is based on an innovative and versatile menu design, designed to satisfy all types of audiences, where the mixture of ingredients, techniques and gastronomic cultures becomes the central axis of a contemporary and different experience.
