Mindway (@mindwayedu) is the international school of design and innovation for creative minds. From it was born ELLE Education (@elle.education), in academic collaboration with Camilo José Cela University. With an educational approach focused on the present and future of the creative industries, the institution offers highly specialised programmes to train the new generation of leaders in fashion, design, communication and management. Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada, a special guest
The event was attended by international designer Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada, Chair of Fashion Marketing Programmes at ELLE Education by Mindway in the Fashion programmes. With more than four decades of experience, Ágatha is much more than a designer: she is a creator of universes. Her bold, colourful and always authentic vision has transcended catwalks and collections, establishing her as a cultural icon who has broken the mould and paved the way for new ways of understanding design.

Bodegas Bornos offered us a wine tasting, with the most personalised service. It is a company made up of seven wineries and a distillery that currently distributes to more than twenty-five countries. The Abya restaurant, a paradise of Mexican cuisine located in the lavish Palacio de Saldaña in Madrid’s Salamanca district. With Aurelio Morales at the helm, we were treated to a tasting of a wide range of exclusive tequilas from Hemisphere Spirits, Montemplo, Prófugo, Penca Luz and Penca del Alma.
La Antigua Cheese Factory in Fuentesaúco presented its cheese board, a unique experience where guests could enjoy cheese with creative and unusual decorations. Dedicated to making cheese from raw sheep’s milk, La Antigua Cheese Factory produces all its cheeses using traditional methods, with the care and attention of yesteryear. It is a renowned company and a member of the Spanish Luxury Association – Luxury Spain.
The experience on the terrace included a delicious barbecue by Junk Smash Burger, Spain’s best burger in 2022, best delivery burger in 2024 and Solete Repsol fast food 2023 and 2024. Enrique Tomás, whose brand is committed to quality and excellence, was also present at this memorable evening. He offered us an exclusive experience with a ham cutter. This entrepreneur began his business career in 1987 with the opening of his own establishments, which expanded throughout the province of Barcelona. Today, his company is the largest chain of ham shops in the world.
Basque chef Asier Bejarano also surprised guests with a tasting menu specially prepared for the occasion. Quooker taps are revolutionising the kitchen; they are an innovative system that provides instant hot water.
Estela Hojaldre provided the sweet touch with her puff pastries. Estela Gutiérrez, a virtuoso of puff pastry, surprised everyone with a varied selection of sweets that put the finishing touch to a wonderful evening. Recommended by José Carlos Capel, with an artisan pastry workshop in Santander, located in Madrid’s Barrio de las Letras, a true temple for lovers of sweet treats.
Dos Rombos ice cream also surprised us with an innovative range of ice creams that reinvent classic cocktails and traditional combinations, such as Cuplé (Madagascar vanilla with Laphroaig 10 whisky and caramelised walnuts), Carrá (Piedmont hazelnut, Frangelico and Belvedere vodka) and Irish coffee (coffee, Teeling Irish whisky and spiced Guinness reduction), among others. A novel experience that is definitely not to be missed.
