The Porsche Sprint Challenge Ibérica and GT Race Marbella have announced a new strategic partnership aimed at connecting GT racing with an international community of high-performance car owners and automotive lifestyle enthusiasts.

The collaboration between the Porsche Sprint Challenge Ibérica and GT Race Marbella will be officially presented on 27 March during an event to be held at the GT Race Marbella Club in Marbella, Spain, bringing together guests, club members and representatives of the championship.

This partnership represents another step in the international development of the Porsche Sprint Challenge Ibérica, strengthening the link between motorsport competition, business networking and exclusive automotive experiences.

An international automotive hub in Marbella

Based in Marbella, GT Race Marbella is a private automotive club and luxury mobility hub dedicated to owners and enthusiasts of high-performance vehicles. The facility offers exclusive services including premium vehicle storage – known as a “car hotel” – a climate-controlled and highly secure environment designed to preserve supercars and high-value vehicles.

In addition to storage services, the club provides specialised technical support, detailing, vehicle logistics and the organisation of exclusive events and experiences for its members.

The concept combines luxury vehicle services with an international community built around networking and automotive experiences, targeting clients who seek to preserve and enjoy their cars in exceptional conditions.

Development of motorsport programmes

The partnership between the two organisations aims to create a strategic collaboration focused on promoting motorsport participation and developing new opportunities within GT racing.

Among the key objectives are the promotion of the Porsche Sprint Challenge Ibérica, the attraction of new drivers, teams and investors, and the creation of premium experiences connected to the world of racing.

GT Race Marbella will also play an important role in supporting the development of entry programmes into motorsport, including the Women Academy, an initiative aimed at promoting female participation in racing. The club will serve as a platform for presentation sessions, testing opportunities and the recruitment of new candidates.

Another key focus of the collaboration will be the promotion of the Ignition Series, contested with the Porsche Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport, designed as an entry-level platform for amateur drivers and emerging talents wishing to start their journey in GT racing.

Premium experiences and automotive lifestyle

Beyond the sporting dimension, the partnership will also involve the creation of corporate programmes for companies, VVIP experiences during race weekends, exclusive driving academies and networking events linked to the Porsche Sprint Challenge Ibérica calendar.

At GT Race Marbella, the passion for automobiles blends with luxury, exclusivity and meaningful relationships. More than an automotive club, it is a private environment where selected members share a lifestyle centred around performance, innovation and global connections.

Saud El-Azem Navarrete, co-founder of GT Race Marbella, emphasised that the collaboration represents a natural opportunity for joint growth: “We are very proud to start this collaboration with the Porsche Sprint Challenge Ibérica. GT Race Marbella is a club dedicated to high-performance cars and motorsport, and we believe PSCI is the perfect partner to develop events, trackdays and exclusive experiences for our members and clients. We share the same values of excellence and passion for motorsport, and we are very excited to begin this project together.”

For José Monroy, Series Manager of the Porsche Sprint Challenge Ibérica and head of P21 Motorsport, the agreement reinforces the championship’s international positioning: “This collaboration with GT Race Marbella represents exactly the direction in which we want to take the Porsche Sprint Challenge Ibérica. More than a racing series, we are building an international platform that connects competition, business and premium experiences. Marbella is a meeting point for a global automotive community, and this partnership opens new opportunities to attract drivers, investors and partners to the PSCI ecosystem.”

With this partnership, the Porsche Sprint Challenge Ibérica continues to strengthen its international ambition, positioning itself as a platform that goes beyond racing by integrating motorsport into a broader ecosystem of experiences, networking and automotive lifestyle.
