Marbella (Málaga) 27th September 2024.- The luxury residential market has undergone significant evolution in the Golden Triangle (Marbella, Estepona, and Benahavís) in recent years. The demand for innovative technical installations and high-quality interior design projects has increased by 20% to 25% since 2019. This growth is primarily due to the generational shift among buyers, greater environmental awareness, and the integration of advanced technology into homes.

This was one of the key conclusions of The Key to Distinction, an event organised by Pedro Peña Interior Design and Illusion, which highlighted the value of merging innovation and design in the high-end housing sector, positioning Marbella as the epicentre of cutting-edge interior design.
