Disfrutar, the Barcelona restaurant led by Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch and Mateu Casañas, not only boasts three stars in the 2024 Michelin Guide, but has also been named the The World’s Best Restaurant, having reached the top of the list of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024.

Opened in 2014, the restaurant was created after years of intense work at El Bulli, where Mateu Casañas, Oriol Castro and Eduard Xatruch met and trained professionally.

Disfrutar, which presents its culinary proposal in the form of a tasting menu, offers an experience based on the creativity of an avant-garde gastronomy that aims to please, delight and surprise its guests.

Situated in the Eixample district of Barcelona, the design of the building conveys respect for the history and heritage of the Mediterranean. The entrance area is inspired by Barcelona, by the wrought iron of Ninot Market and the colours of Mironian ceramics.

The central corridor, in ceramic with the colours and texture of clay, goes through the kitchen, which is totally visible to the customers, and leads to the main dining room, inspired by small fishing villages. In short, a restaurant that serves pure emotion.
