Bennett & Co is led by architects Elizabeth Bennett and José Manuel García García, who bring a unique and complementary approach. Elizabeth, who created the concept of this refurbishment boutique, possesses extensive experience in renovations and restructurings, given her five years in Florence, where she gained invaluable experience, honing her skills and knowledge. She brings dynamism and a deep understanding of the practical consequences of every line of the plan. As a design and execution architect on-site, she mobilizes resources to ensure everything happens, understanding the impact of decisions in both realms. José, on the other hand, combines his knowledge in urban planning and his experience in legal documentation with his skills as a BIM Manager, digitally pre-constructing each project to foresee and resolve potential issues before and during construction, reinforcing the project management with his close contact with the suppliers, employees and client on the building site. Aware of all the process from beginning to end, he points out that if you control the project, you can control the money.

At Bennett & Co, we have our own construction staff, allowing us to have total control over every aspect of the project.
